Functional Design Details

Five-Stage Quality Control Process
Our production quality control process covers the following stages:

Raw Material Inspection: Wood moisture checks, with a target moisture content below 10%, and screening for visible defects.
Precision Machining: CNC cutting, precision hole drilling, and corner rounding.
Sanding and Surface Preparation: Multiple mechanical and manual sanding stages to achieve a smooth finish.
Load and Assembly Testing: Static load testing according to the applicable test procedure, with results documented for the relevant model. Joint tightness and assembly are also checked.
Packaging Inspection: Inspection of five-ply corrugated cartons and packaging performance testing for shipping protection. 

We support buyers with product documentation relevant to their destination markets.

United States: Applicable CPSC requirements, Children's Product Certificates (CPC), and ASTM F963 test reports, where required and available for the specific product.

European Union: Applicable EN 71-1, EN 71-2, and EN 71-3 test reports, along with relevant conformity documentation.

Wood and Chemical Compliance: FSC-certified wood options, where available, and CARB Phase 2 / TSCA Title VI documentation for applicable composite wood products.

Protective Inner Packaging
Wooden components, rungs, and ramps are individually wrapped in EPE foam or polybags to reduce scratches, friction, and moisture exposure.
Flat-Pack Packaging
Knock-down (KD) packaging reduces carton volume and improves container loading efficiency for bulk shipments.
Reinforced Cartons
Products are packed in 5-ply corrugated cartons with foam corner protectors to help prevent transit damage.
Complete Assembly Kits
Each carton includes the required hardware, hex keys, and illustrated assembly instructions.
Container Loading
LCL and FCL shipments can be arranged with secure stacking, stretch wrapping, and optional palletization to suit warehouse handling requirements.
