Construction: Cross-laminated real wood veneers pressed to prevent warping and delamination.

Custom Dimensions: Length (80mm–110mm), Width (26mm–36mm), Thickness (2.0mm–3.0mm / 3–7 ply).

Concave Profiles: Low, medium, or high kick concave options; custom mold development available for proprietary deck contours.

Deck Shapes: Standard street, old school, square tail, or custom die-cut shapes based on CAD drawings or physical samples.

Grip Surface Options: Standard high-density pre-cut thick non-slip foam pad. Options include laser-etched logos, custom die-cut shapes, or classic grit sandpaper.

Axle & Geometry: Nickel alloy metal brackets providing turning geometry and corrosion resistance.
Mounting Hardware: Threaded hardware securing brackets directly to the wood plate to prevent loose fitting during transport.
Hardware Customization: Electroplated colors, powder-coated finishes, laser-engraved logos on baseplates, and custom bushing hardness. 

Bearing System: The integrated, fully sealed bearing is encased in a plastic housing that blocks dust and debris, ensuring smooth rotation and low friction.

Wheel Formulation: Wear-resistant polymer compounds engineered for surface grip and durability.

Wheel Customization: Custom Pantone color matching, dual-color injection molding, transparent finishes, and side-wheel graphic printing.

Industrial Printing: High-definition heat transfer and multi-color screen printing for sharp graphics that resist peeling and scratching.

Protective Coating: Sealed with gloss, satin, or matte clear coat to protect wood grain and graphics from moisture and wear.

Graphic Customization: Full OEM graphic execution for proprietary artwork, laser engraving on raw wood, or unprinted blank decks.

We support customized wooden finger skateboard toy orders from artwork review and sampling to mass production and shipment.

Requirements & Quotation: Submit your artwork files (.AI, .PDF, or .EPS), product specifications, order quantity, and packaging requirements. We provide a quotation and Proforma Invoice (PI) based on the confirmed requirements.

Sample Approval: Pre-production samples are prepared for review and approval. Typical sample lead time: 7–12 days.

Mass Production: Production begins after sample approval and receipt of a 30% deposit. Typical production lead time: 20–35 days.

Quality Inspection: In-process checks and pre-shipment AQL sampling inspection are conducted according to the agreed quality requirements.

Balance & Shipment: The remaining 70% balance is paid according to the agreed payment terms. Shipping arrangements can be discussed under EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP terms, subject to availability.

Quality checks can cover the following parameters according to the approved product specifications and inspection plan. 

We offer packaging options for wholesale distribution, private-label products, and retail display programs, subject to order requirements.

Blister Card Packaging: Clear PET blister with printed paperboard backing and a hang hole for pegboard display.

Window Boxes: Printed paperboard boxes with clear windows to display the finger skateboard and deck graphics.

Multi-Piece Gift Sets: Gift boxes for multiple deck designs and selected accessories, depending on the product configuration.

Counter Display Units (CDU): Custom point-of-sale displays with proposed pack quantities of 12, 24, or 36 units.

Export Cartons: Corrugated master cartons with shipping marks, barcode labels, and batch identification where required.
